Inflammasome Primers

InvivoGen offers an expanding collection of molecules known to induce or inhibit activation of canonical or non-canonical inflammasomes, as well as TLR ligands commonly used to prime inflammasomes.

All of these molecules are validated for purity and activity using our in-house inflammasome assay based on inflammasome test cells, which are THP1-derived, and our IL-1β reporter cell line, HEK-Blue IL-1β.
